Bird Flu, Nothing to do?

Consider a hypothetical: If Grover Norquist, kill-government pusher, got the Bird Flu, and our bankrupt government couldn't do ANYTHING to help him, he might lose weight and have little strength... Then, some homeless old lady from New Orleans might drag HIM into the bathroom and drown him in the tub -- to put him out of his misery...
