George W. Bush: BUBBLE BOY... Feel Safer? Me Neither!

President Bush did an interview w/ Brian Williams of NBC, where he actually discussed (not) living-in-a-bubble. Thanx AMERICAblog, for the guidance to:
[This Reuters article] on the NBC interview, with a couple good morsels... Like these:
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. President George W. Bush said on Monday that he does not live "in a bubble" and that he is well aware of what is going on outside the White House, rejecting critics' claims that he is out of touch with public opinion.

"I don't feel in a bubble," Bush said in an interview on "NBC Nightly News."

"But I'm very aware of what's in the news. I'm aware because I see clips. I see summaries," he said. Bush added that staffers also brief him daily on what's brewing on domestic and international issues
...
Thank god for Staffers! And summarizers... & clippers. I saw part of the NBC interview on msnbc; And in response to a Hurricane Katrina federal-failure and victim-abandonment question, Bush said, stammering:
~ "People shouldn't call me a racist..." ~
SO HERE GOES NOTHIN': President George W. Bush is a racist. There!
Please don't bomb us with emails! Think of us as the kid who stuck his tongue on the frozen poll. He dared us, we took it.
"Merry CHRISTMAS!"?
Double-dawg dared us, Herb.
Internetweekly.org PARODY cartoon PICTURE,
above, from 2004 seemed appropriate...
More on the bubble-boy picture: Here.
Like this (Parody?):
"(Former W.H. press secretary, Ari) Fleisher said the purpose of the bubble is to protect Mr. Bush... from being disturbed by any sort of accountability, criticism or negative feedback..."
