Keith Richards, touring the far-east with The Rolling Stones, on a day off: "Relaxing" on the beach with a "lady friend," determined he must have a coconut! A fresh coconut. So he proceeded to climb a palm tree to the top... Then fell flat-backwards onto his melon. After continuing with a couple tour dates, I think(?), he found out his brain was swelled and bleeding, then had some Thai doctors, I think (?), operate ON HIS BRAIN(!) to relieve the problem...
