We found out thru our Research Dept. that the leasing co. from which we've been leasing office-space was owned (secretly) by a subsidiary-offshore "parent co.," which, in turn, is itself owned by a (blind) subsidiary of the Carlyle Group.

Obviously, we didn't want any busy-ness wit' those bastards! So we're moving!
