If anybody can do it, Dick Cheney (Antichrist?) can, and we all know he is workin' hard at it... It was Big-Time Dick himself that killed all the fish in Oregon and California...[Okay, he just killed the over-seventy-thousand SALMON in the Klamath River in Oregon, but he did it singlehandedly, while at the same time ruining the American military, bankrupting the Country, and killing (go kbr!) hundreds of thousands of foreigners... Nice!]
