He wants a memo published which is alleged to show Tony Blair dissuaded President Bush from bombing its HQ.

If the current lameass administration had nothing to do with this statement in the memo then why don't they just say it? Why is it a crime to publish the memo (I know it's classified)? Isn't it a crime to blow up innocent civilians/journalist? DO SOMETHING BUSH! Did you say it or not?
