'Toon mouse Speedy Gonzales expressly disavowed any family-ties to the Attorney General, who happens to share his surname... Allaying any confusion, Speedy Gonzales Tuesday released a public-statement from a poolhall in Baja California, saying:

"'DC Alberto? No relation, amigo!
No, 'not one of us, esse! ...Andale'!"

Speedy joins a long list of people eagerly distancing themselves & their groups from Alberto Gonzales including: Mexicans, Hispanics, lawyers, Judges, & people-who-wear-glasses...
